It is quoted in the wizard's site the house edge is 1.06% on the Banker Bet.
Now in macau, casinos give junkets 1.25% commission for exchanging sticky chips to customers. Sticky chips cannot be cashed. If you win, you are paid regular chips, and the sticky chips remain in play.
So what is the math here? Is it a 1.25-1.06 = 0.19% advantage to the player? Or are you still at a disadvantage because you have to cycle through the sticky chip twice (win 50% of time lose 50% of time) to get back all regular chips?
