Wow, I did this game years ago and I didn't even realize there was a video out for it.

It debuted in 2007 according to the website and under "Where to Play" says it currently says the game is in "beta testing"

Yes, it debuted at Sandia in New Mexico and didn't do very well. I think the owners may have given up on it. I haven't spoken to them in a few years now.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
