Quote: rdw4potusIf you're playing other games that day, you may as well use our card. You'll just be adding a tiny amount of play to your day's total. If this is all you're going to be doing, you're probably hurting yourself by lowering your average daily value.
Good point. My ADT at Caesers is shot to hell since I check in and don't play at all. Same goes for Mlife. But they don't comp very well anyway.
If you're looking for free rooms and other comps, then you might not want to use your card on those brief visits.
But if your goal is just to add points which you'll spend at a shop or restaurant, then every point counts: Use the card.

Good point, didn't think about it that way.
Quote: djatcI guess it's not worth giving up the card if I'm playing table minimums.
Not unless you have a lot of other play to back it up for the day, I'd think. But if you are checked-in on an offer, hell yeah, play with the card. Your offer is a gaming trip so something is better than nothing.
Its all about PlayTime + Avg Bet...thats why a lot of the top teir players are slot machine players..because they get points for every spin..more depending on how much a spin
Quote: Givag327Table games, you can buy in for $10,000, play $10 a hand, and get the same amount of points as the guy who is bought in for $100 playing $10 a hand

Well, it's more like, the average top tier slot player loses hundreds of dollars per hour on average. Even giving the house a 2% edge for a meh blackjack player, that will require upwards of $100 a hand to match an expected $100/hr loss. When a slot edge is ~10% and you can play every 6 seconds, you can pump in a lot more volume, obv.
