Odds on crazy Spanish 21 hand

Dealing today on Spanish 21 (no tens) - 5 deck shoe, I delivered quite a statistical anomaly and would like some help to figure the odds of this happening (with any suited 8)

Lady had 8h and some other card in her hand, I flip over another 8h as my up card for a suited match. My down card is another 8h for the rare up & down suited, and I draw ANOTHER 8h for a bust... table goes nuts!
