The game "Crazy4Poker" described in the Odds section I wizardofodds describes a game where the dealer and player are dealt 5 cards. I seem to recall a similarly titled table game where the dealer and player are dealt 3 cards. Am I thinking of a different game? Thoughts?

There are many poker variants around. Crazy4Poker is one of them; there's also another based on the best four card hand but you get 5 cards and the dealer gets 6 and always qualifies.
Three card poker is almost certainly the one! Both you and the dealer receive 3-cards - a 3-card straight beats a 3-card flush. After your Ante, you decide whether to Raise (x1) or fold. There are bonus payments for Straights, Trips and SF, the dealer Qualifies with Queen-high.
