Caribbean Draw Poker I've never heard of. Caribbean STUD I have heard of, since that game has been around in LV casinos since the early '90s (and on cruise ships before that). The bigger pits may have a table or two, but the game has been slowly dying since the new millennium.
If that's not the game you mean, then you'll have to enlighten me about how it plays, etc. Thanks.

I haven't seen that game in years. I'm quite sure the number of tables in Vegas is zero.

Fitz has it? I think I gotta make a stop there on my next trip.
I remember seeing it a few years ago, I believe at Borgata in AC.
I don't remember all the rules, but as I recall, I was making some serious money at it with one simple strategy: Never fold. The dealer doesn't qualify too often, so folding is just giving the chips away.

I didn't see a page about it on the main site. Did I miss it, or did you not give it a write up?

I recently stayed at the Fitz for a review, and don't recall seeing it there. Here is a quote from my upcoming review, "The table games offered were blackjack, roulette, craps, Pai Gow Mania, Blackjack Switch, Wild Hold 'Em Fold 'Em, Three Card Poker, and Spanish 21." Maybe their website needs updating. I do seem to recall it used to be there.
Considering the complexity of the analysis, and number of tables, it isn't a worthwhile use of my time to analyze it.

I understand completely.
So I did a Google search instead. (Is it OK to link other gambling tip sites?)
I found Casino City Times Caribbean Draw Strategy.
The third paragraph confirms my own strategy to never fold, but goes on to suggest what to keep and what to discard for the draw.
I also found Casino Game Tip - Caribbean Draw Rules, which also includes the strategy comment to never fold.
