Hi all,
I am currently looking for an opportunity to become a dual rate supervisor. I have been dealing for a few years, can deal well in every games (BJ, roulette, mini baccarat and carnival games) except for craps (I know craps but I haven't been formally trained for craps yet). Could anyone please provide me information about the job? Like qualifications, responsibilities, or any others?
Thank you for any advice/information.
Regards.

It is a step to management, while I have never worked a casino I have done some "halfway" management jobs. I will say be sure you are prepared mentally. The day you take it is the day you have to stop complaining about any management decision and start being a "megaphone" for them. You may lose friends, though you will make others. Knowing the business is the easy part, stepping up will be your challenge.
