Never happened, maybe never will happen. We've passed another year where all the #1 seeds advance.
Would this be a suitable bridge-jumper bet? Do the books even set a reasonable line on these games? They must get tons of action on the #16's. I know I was rooting for LIU-Brooklyn to beat Michigan State.
