That’s correct..and conversely no one is required to believe anything, specifically as it relates to gambling claims.
Considering your first sentence, I’m not sure why some go out of their way to make sure everyone (anonymous) knows their “status” as a gambler.

These two points very nicely summarize one side.
Bullying someone to prove their claims would be against rule 19. Where something crosses from inviting someone to prove their claim into bullying is subjectively determined.
