Welcome to the forum. Can you explain "Odds 2.07" on the Southampton-0.5 bet?
Does that mean you are betting $2.07 to win $1.00?

And the Over/under 2.75?????? Why would they not say Over/Under 2.5? No half or quarter goals.....

If it comes from BetFair then 2.07 would be equivalent to +107 in US terms. You can see the odds for this match at https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/southampton-v-bournemouth/winner

At the moment the best (reasonable) odds are Saints +115 Bournemouth +260 Draw +260 (103% book) (Betfair https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/football/market/1.162017714 is very similar 116 265 270). So if I understand Saints -0.5, that bet wins if Southampton wins and loses otherwise, so why not take the better odds available in the UK market.

Our main rival is Portsmouth (c.f. next Tuesday's match) but Bournemouth is our nearest opponent in the Premier League; sometimes with these derbies form goes out the window, but it's less signifcant with the "Cherries".

I shall be going to the match later (20h00 UK) as a season ticket holder, so please route for us (actually as gamblers take the best value on any result) - cheers.
