Yo beachmonkey, I had a thought......since you're wagering a minimal amount on perfect rounds (round robins) maybe you should consider taking the opposite of these picks in addition to simply taking the picks? It sure seems like I have a couple days in the season that are 0 for everything.

The Total picks have had 20 winning days out of 29, 69% winning days.
The +130dogs have had 17 winning days out of 26, 65.4% winning days.
The Other Dogs have had 18 winning days out of 27, 66.7% winning days.
Favorites have had 15 winning days out of 19, 78.9% winning days.

There have been 19 different teams picked as +130dogs this year so far. 6 of them are net losers as of today. The worst team picked is the Reds. Tied for 2nd. worst are the Braves.............

Yes that is a system/ method l use on many occasions. I also use just 120+ combo, 7x only combo, Focus + 120+, and 7x as well as all selections . You have not hit a run of outs yet like last year,after day 4 loss, l bet day 5 mostly anti bet, as well as cover your selection bet. I use that with my own selections on the NRL here in Australia. ie I have run of loss maybe 3/4 weeks. On the 5th week selection , I make my selection as I would do normally , then I would bet against the selection I had just made. It works mainly because I dont need to be correct all the time, emotionally or cash wise. ie Im in for the long haul, I dont fret if I dont win today because I know I will win in the long run.
I also didnt know how to broach this subject with you as a betting strategy, some get angry, re betting against the shooter in dice / craps, but glade you bought subject up. As I said in a previous post here I dont let my own emotion or bias re my favourite team stop me betting for or against them at any time, Make the bet and watch the game and enjoy the game, then enjoy the cash at the end, sometimes no joy. Ha HA
So far this year I have mini 3/4/5/&6 winning rounds already. no 7or 8 +yet.! So thanks again, looking forward to next selections,

What are we worried about here? The info above says it all. No one is 100% correct.
65% is lowest result out of 26 days. some would cut there left nut out for results like that.

Actually, the +130dogs have had a total of 71 picks, while winning 30 for a win rate of 42.25%. Also, you seem to like to leave out a very important factor. That is that the +130dogs that win return 154.51 per 100 wagered. So if you want to look at realistic returns then the math is 42.25% X 154.51 = 65.11%.

I believe ROI (Return On Investment) is generally accepted as the most appropriate metric for this kind of wagering with moneyline bets, and the one I prefer to track & use. Others apart from that can sometimes be interesting for some things, such as win % as an indication of variance (or even winning vs. losing 'days' as an indication of the size of someone's bar tab and antacid consumption throughout a 162 game season). But I think ROI fundamentally gets to what the real point of it is.
Of course with moneyline/odds bets one could 'win most' of them and lose a fortune. Or 'lose most of the time' and get a lot richer doing it. It depends. On ROI. This is a very healthy looking ROI at this early point this season.

Thanks, the anti [7], 5 leg got in @ $10.05 per unit. Thanks ,day is not a total loss, the true 7 , 5 leg could have come in @ $94.56 per unit. thats the aim ,it would have been nice... How many more days left in season? Answer ... plenty,..... more than plenty, enough to get a couple of these big returns in. ha ha. thats for sure, in the between time ,we keep these mini wins and it allows the season betting bank to remain healthy. The 1939 Yankees had a run differential of 441 for the year. They outscored their opponents by a phenomenal 441 runs.
The 2016 Chicago Cubs? They're on pace for a 581 run differential. The Cubs seem to club the opposition's pitching staff like no other in history. Just take a look a the stats and how many starting pitchers against the Cubs, irrespective how great the pitcher is, are getting to 100 pitches by the time that the 5th. inning is over. They are making the opposition throw and throw. They take a lot of balls and therefore it looks like after the 1st. game of a series, they have already gone deep into an opponent's bullpen. Decimation of the opposing pitching staff.......unreal.

The following was excerpted from an article published a few hours ago in "Business Insider" by Cork Gaines....
"In baseball, teams can get lucky or unlucky in a single game here and there, so one of the best ways to measure a team is by run differential, or the number of runs they are outscoring their opponents by overall. Using that measure, the Chicago Cubs are doing things on the scoreboard that are unheard of.
Through 30 games, the Cubs have outscored their opponents by 102 runs on their way to a 24-6 record. No other team this season has outscored its opponents by more than 44 runs. To put that in perspective, the Cubs are outscoring their opponents by 3.4 runs a game. The 1927 Yankees, one of the greatest teams ever, outscored their opponents by 2.4 runs a game."
