Does Anyone Know Why MGM Parlay Cards Pulled

Hi. Was wondering if anyone here knows why MGM pulled all their Super Bowl parlay cards that had been out for the past week. Will they be puting out any other cards before the game? Also have not seen any at Caesars or Westgate. Just the page of parlayable props in the Westgate booklet.
Basically, which Casinos have Parlay Cards for the Super Bowl? My list I've seen is:
William Hill
Golden Nugget
Jerry Nugget
Cannery's
If anyone could add to this list I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Actually MGM cards put back up. Apparently they tweaked some of their numbers. Sacks went from o/u 4 to 5. haven't been playing them, but from what I see they pay considerably less than normal. Crazy rip off. Only the MGM pays 6 to one, all others are 5-1.
