STUPID challenge. It does NOT just have to be a bad spot. They have to CONCLUSIVELY see that a first down would have been made. Bozo announcers said it was a good idea. They were short of the first down.....

Thinking right now the NFL should make each team place $10,000,000 ante wagers before the season the SB teams get. Then Cleveland might actually make it or lose their team which their owners actually deserve.

I am a native Baltimoron. I do not believe turnabout is fair play.

Just because Irsay was an asshole, was no reason to accept Art Modell with open arms.

I am amazed at Bronco fans talking about " our " team. It is Mr. Bowlen's team. And had the bond issue not passed to replace Mile
High stadium, he and the Broncos would have left Colorado.

I think that honor belongs to the '89 Broncos, who lost Super Bowl XXIV by a score of 55-10 to the 49ers. Now, this year's Broncos sure did their damndest to outdo that performance.

Yeah I'm sure there were more lobsided performances with regards to score but perhaps never such a hap-hazard one where, from the first few seconds of the game it was clear that the Broncos were not going to be competitive.

Denver's offensive line was outplayed from beginning to end, that's the bottom line IMO. Denver's D was actually playing pretty well until late in the game. Lynch only had 39 yards, but clearly he didn't need any more than that.

Moreno made a 4-6 yard catch shortly before going of injured. He was in short centre and fed a ball he couldn't run onto. The two players either side of him got him teed up. That sort of play doesn't protect your receivers. You need 'em to keep catching the ball. if throwing into traffic, at least let the receiver have some momentum to make plays and get out of trouble.

They put tons of pressure on Manning. The secondary also swarmed the ball and held his receivers to no yards after the catch. To me it was an awesome display of defensive brilliance. The Seahhawks are a young team and I'm guessing they will be right there again next year.
