Which slots have the best payout in Resorts World in NYC?

my mom like playing slots.
Just trying to guide her to one that has the least house edge.
I always thought the casino could set the payback % arbitarily. I was WRONG.
common slot payback % set by manufacturer (i think?):
87%, 90%, 93% and 96%
i heard minimum payback in NY is 92% by law.
Anyone know of slots at Resorts Worlds that are 96%?

Keep in mind at the NY Racinos they are not your typical Vegas type slots. They are what is known as Video Lottery Terminals. So the machine you pick does not necessarily improve odds.
