Unconfirmed Report of Malicious Slot Use.
Slot players with Freeplay cash out after each and every win, even if its only ten cents.
This repetitive printing of TITO slips soon empties the slot machine's paper or ink supplies, necessitating a hand pay which makes the slot player eligible for the larger prize promotions whose rules specify "hand pay recipients".

Seems unusual that they'd hand pay the player. Any time I've had "low paper" ticket problems the technician just loads a new batch into the machine. In almost every case the extra supply of paper was already being stored inside the machine.

I could have sworn the machines are designed to switch to the spare paper stack automatically. Even if the machine only uses one stack, each stack contains several hundred (thousand?) blank tickets.
I.E. Even if true, it's hardly an advantage play.
