Didn't think there were any Class 2 in this state.
Didn't see any Bingo card symbol on the machine.
but Verbiage says VLT.
Is this a Class 2 machine?
Which game is it, and where is it located?

It looks like Maryland law defines "video lottery terminal" as a catchall name for slot and video poker / blackjack / keno et al. machines. (It could be called a "video lottery terminal" because, for all intents and purposes, it has the same effect as buying a scratch-off lottery ticket.) There is a distinction for some slot machines used for charity purposes, but I would assume that this is a Class III game.

VLT does not equate to Class 2. I believe VLT generally means it is run by the state lottery commission.
