Hi all,
Wanted to pick someone's brain regarding ways of analysing jackpot effectiveness.
Currently the approach I have seen is quite narrow and does not really give all that many interesting insights (in my opinion) - looking at real vs theoretical rtp contribution, average theoretical hit vs real hit, before/after changes of customer activity using the jackpot hit as a benchmark. Additionally, comparing between different types of jackpots and the effect they leave on customer activity and separating these customers by their bonus level/demographics and level of activity.
I feel like it would be difficult to draw conclusions on whether you could increase the max value, min hit, contribution, frequency etc. just based on these insights. Maybe someone has had experience with this before and could share ways to analyse such cases? Curious to see others' perspective on this, maybe i'm wrong. Keeping an open mind :)
