I'm brand new to this thread and stumbled on the Wiz's table numbers for "Mystery Progressives" and Camapl's minimum playable numbers for Quick Strike's mini and max jackpots - which was $47.50 and $491.67, respectively - with both numbers being playable regardless of what the other number was at (even if that number was at reset). IE: completely independent of each other.
My question is this: Is there a simple formula for figuring out how much over the reset figure ($250) the max jackpot has to be for a dollar difference in the mini jackpot. In other words say I was looking for mini jackpots at $45 ($2.50 below Camapl's min playable number) how much over the reset number ($250) does the MAX jackpot have to be at to make up for that $2.50 MINI jackpot difference?
I live in Illinois and play on boats in IL and Indiana - and I believe the casino hold is around where it's at in Nevada (the average casino slot machine takes are about the same) and I just want to be able to hunt for MINI jackpots under 45 (because there are a lot them) and hopefully make up for the $2.50 difference in the MAX jackpot - and then just play for MINI's. (If that makes sense.) Based on the tables the WIZ made for the Mystery Jackpot machines, to make up the $2.50 I might have to find a max in the $480 range - which would make this all moot. But I do know that the Quick Strikes feed the progressives on all money put in (whereas the Mystery Progressives only feed on wins) and they feed at a higher rate than the Mystery Slots do - so I don't think the adjustment to the max would be as harsh. But I don't have much to go on.
Thanks in advance
