Harrahs Chester (Philly) has a sign on their bank of NASCAR machines that the progressive will not rise after December 5th. I would assume they are going to remove the bank when the jackpot hits but I could be wrong. Does anyone know if this is a PA law? Also how does it affect the payback? I would assume this is an 85-87% machine so there is no advantage play here as far as I can see, but what is going on? This is a $3.20 max penny machine and you must be playing max to win the progressive according to pay tables.

I don't know but if they were removing the game, they would remove the added values to another game, which could be an opportunity. Sounds like they are converting this game to become a non progressive. Therefore, it is unknown how the payback is affected since we don't know whether or not the program is changing. Lately it seems to be a cheap trick being used to tinker with metering to save some bucks without changing programs. The chatter recently has been complete disgust from loyal slot players about being unsatisfied. These casinos best be cautious this time because players won't be so forgiving with more payback reductions.
I am a robot.
