Stars is going to have to pay the piper for breaking the law everyday for years. Party had to pay up and Stars is going to have to also. Still won't happen this year and next year is a presidential election so nothing will happen then. Early 2013 is the best chance for legalized online poker. I wouldn't be holding my breath.
