If the poker hand 'Royal Sampler' was indeed a real hand (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=royal%20sampler)
where would it rank in the usual poker hands if it was to be specifically all red?

Yeah, the second definition is worth noting.

While I can't speak directly to the hand using cards, I did a lot of math for my Poker For Roulette bet.
One of my combinations is similar. In my bet, 5 red or black spins is a flush. It ranks between one pair and two pair.
