How can you determine something like that when so much of poker is betting and bluffing? When you play one on one, aren't you playing the player as much as the cards? It's been a long time since I played poker but I watched a lot ten years ago.

Wrong. Questions like this are assumed to be pre-flop odds. There is no bluffing AA pre-flop.

The worst is when your opponent gets a flush and takes you out. 😪
