It is far better than holdem.
First, you get 1/3 chance to win per hand, for holdem it is 1/10.
second it is very fast.
third, there is no bluff.
Anyway, The rule of 2>A is idiotic.

I get curious on your post so I search it on google even watch a video on youtube and I was surprise to know its very popular in China. I could not understand how it works. You must be good on mathematical to win this which I still don't understand.
