The Venetian... HUGE poker room and it was fairly packed last time I was there (last October). I was pretty impressed with this place.
Bellagio... They have a ton of tables, a ton of different types of games, and usually there's a lot of players/good action.
Mirage... Center of the strip, good action usually, and while it's not as big as Bellagio, it's still a pretty nice poker room.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

True, but it's closed until May for renovations. So, depending on the time period and reason for the question...
