Let's say you have 4 to a straight flush? You know someone else has the nut-flush. What value you should u place on getting to the turn and/or the river? Inside or outside straight?

Do you mean, you know someone has the nut flush draw? or nut flush made?
If you know they have the nut flush made, you should fold to any reasonable bet in most cases. You have two "outs" tops; only one out if it's a gutshot straight flush draw.
If it's just the nut flush draw, it's a lot better, because you can still win with a pair, or a straight, along with the straight flush.
