The Wizard mentions in the WoO write up of this new game at the Red Rock that:
The Red Rock game was multi-denomination. As usual with electronic games, the more you bet, the better the odds."
The return may increase with the amount bet, but I think the odds of this, choose 1-5 numbers out of 25, hoping to hit the five selected at random game, are fixed, no?

Fixed? Certainly you can't expect 0% HE. To say "fixed" would seem to mean you think the machine tries to make you lose by some manipulation. [edit]
Seems similar to Keno with better HE, at least if you bet the max. And you probably win more often.

"Fixed" in the sense that the odds of hitting any one of the five random selections do not change, no matter how much you wager. It will always be one chance in five.

I'm quite sure the game is fair, as if the game were played with real balls and a 5x5 grid. So the probabilities are the same for all bets, it just that the wins go up as you bet more.
The game is on a multi-game machine, whose name I don't recall, near the keno lounge.
