I’m at Harrah’s LV and saw dealers being trained on this game. I looked quickly at WOO and didn’t see a page for this so wanted to send a photo of the rack card. Apologize if this game is known already. I looked for a few mins on WOO and didn’t see anything. There is nothing on the back of the card. 
If anyone gives you 10,000 to 1 on anything, you take it. If John Mellencamp ever wins an Oscar, I am going to be a very rich dude.
