I was randomly googling stuff and found this ... "folder" of documents of the National Indian Gaming Commission whereas they are either accepting or rejecting a game based on the laws of the NIGC.
In each link/document on this google search page, when you click on any link, they seemingly outline the game being submitted for an opinion on whether or not the game conforms to the definition of a CLASS 2 games.

This is the interesting meat on the bones type of stuff i crave tbh.
