I played this a bit as a kid; it combines keno and poker as you have a card with certain values on it, and the dealer announces the top card, etc.
I'd think it would make a decent video game, but I've never seen it offered.

I created a video Keno/Poker game about 25 years ago that I thought was decent. It had playing cards behind the keno numbers and when you hit a Keno number you were given that playing card. The manufacturers hated it because both Keno and video poker are fast games and they didn't want anything that would slow them down.
You can't know everything, but you can know anything.
