TLDR: In multiple lotteries in several different jurisdictions there were scratch offs that contain tells which allow someone to identify winning tickets just by looking at them and not having to scratch anything off.
The example in the article was a bingo game and usually when a number that was required to be in a row only appeared once it usually happened in a winning row within a game. Im not good at explaining things so i would read the article which is very detailed. Ive already checked to see if this was on here but couldnt find it anywhere throug a google search.
