Counting EZ BACC

In the following article Jacobson discusses a strategy for co-counting the dragon and panda bets in EZ Bacc. The count is the same but the target count for Dragon is 9 and panda is 17. My question is, since the target count indicates that a bet should be placed when the count = the target count or higher does that mean that once the count gets 17+ one should bet both dragon and panda?

I will never find out. In Biloxi, both installs (Golden Nugget and Harrah's), are gone. Asian players voted with their feet!

Man we have EZ BACC everywhere here. It's so popular at my local casino they opened a noodle bar behind the bacc pit lol

I thought the count to place the bet was normalized to the number of decks remaining ie. true counted. I thought the trigger true coint for dragon was +4 for 8-deck game.
