I should have written a page on this game a long time ago. Keno has never been a priority of mine so I guess it slipped through the cracks.
Anyway, Top Bottom Keno is a game where you either pick all the bottom numbers or all the top ones. You're paid according to how many hall in your chosen half. It actually doesn't matter which half you pick, unless the split between the top and bottom is 12 and 8, because the pays are otherwise the same for catching x as 20-x.

Interesting the payoff for 12, but not 8.
If I had a constructive criticism of your write up, it would be that it should be gender neutral. :-)

I make no apologies for that. I hate saying "he/she." The way I write, when I say "he" I mean either a man or a person of unknown gender.
