What would the house or player advantage be if the tie bet in baccarat paid 10 - 1 as opposed to the normal 8 - 1?

A tie in baccarat happens about 9.5% of the time, so the true odds are 10.5 to 1 or so. You would be getting less than true odds, so it would still be a house advantage bet, but a very good one in comparison. I can't figure out the house advantage ... ugh, so bad at math. Somebody help me!
Edit: Don't read what I wrote.
Edit 2: Wait. If it happens less than 10% of the time, and 10% is 10 to 1 odds, how to you figure shorter odds when it comes up only 9.5% of the time?
Edit 3: Nevermind. Forgot about the original bet given back.
