More likely it's an error. I've heard/seen of roulette boards like that, and they said it's an error. The table was closed, right?

I suspect that in the process of opening the table up, they interrupted the ball reader and it assumed it was a new roll and kept recording the same spot.

Motorcity has a table that does this. If the wheel is turning slow enough while many people are placing bets, it'll count the same number each time it comes by the laser.

Actually the correct math is 38^5 so the odds is 79235168. I have seem the same number come out 5 or 6 times in a row. Cant remember which it was but I remember it being high.
The same number coming up 2 times in a row is 1 in 38, however any given number coming up two times in a row is 38*38.

At the golden nugget an electronic roulette would hit the exact same black number 2 times in a row every time for 6 rolls. My friend who saw was too weary of just coincidence to bet and soon after the machine was closed by management.

The table just opened - it happens a lot - sometimes even more then 6 in a row it's just. A reader error from the ball being either removed or moved
