Two questions:

Are there any good pool halls in Las Vegas?

Can players and members of the audience legally bet on the games in the pool hall?

Cue Club is still the only place in town that I would consider an "old school" pool hall in Vegas. Kind of dirty and seedy and plenty of action if you want to gamble with strangers.

Others in town that are a little nicer but not the same kind of action are Mickey's and Goodtimes. Pool Sharks is another place that some people like but is not a place I go often.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
