Does the 1-Off "Wrap around?" If you pick 9-0-7, and the numbers are 0-9-6, does that count for a "1-Off on 3" win?
If so, let me try this for the Cash 3...
So, that's a -49% EV. Well, I guess that's better than the -50% of the regular game. :\
If my maths are correct, that's an even better -48.2% EV for the Play 4!
At least it's going to Education!* :\
