One of my projects for the week was to analyze and write up Caribbean Advanced Poker. It is the same thing as conventional Caribbean Stud Poker, except the dealer exposes two cards instead of one. No other off-setting rules.
I'm proud of myself to complete the analysis of all 39,866,461,034,400 combinations in about 16 hours of computer time. My original program would have taken 33 days, but I thought of a good short cut.
The question for the poll is would you play this game?

Maybe put in how many hands do you have to play on average where the "zero" house edge game becomes a better bet than the normal game.

Good question. It depends on the game. In the case of roulette these choices are:
1. Single-zero wheel.
2. 10% commission on net win on zero-zero wheel.
Let's say you bet bet on even money bets only.
I was rather surprised when I saw this, but given the choices you make out better with the second choice with just 2 or more bets.

Yeah, I'm interested in this too.
And this makes Caribbean Stud a lot more interesting. But I'd hate to play it without a clear strategy.
