Baccarat Counting including Dragon Bets

Baccarat is the game with the least heat and the highest limits. I noticed there are 2 Dragon Bets available in Australia: a Bank Dragon Bet and also a Player Dragon Bet available. How would you adjust the strategy and the count accordingly and what would the expectations be?
It also seems to me from Peter Griffin's effect of card removal that the removal of 5s, 6s and 7s provide an advantage for the tie bet and also for the banker bet. Is there a count that can take advantage of that and perhaps as well of the Dragon bets (banker AND player dragon bet)?
