The New Way to Deal and Play Blackjack
The Game is significantly faster with One Common-Hand is dealt which all Players share. Each making his own play decisions.
No card will be drawn until all Players have made their play decisions.
Rules
One split only. No card will be drawn until all Players have made their play decisions. Video Presentation
Playing Procedures
Step 1. All Players make their bets.
Step 2. A Common-Hand of two cards is dealt face up and one card is dealt face up to the Dealer.
Step 3. Each Player makes a play decision to draw a card, to double down or to stand.
If the Player elects to draw a card or double down go to Step 4.
If the Player elects to stand go to Step 5.
Step 4. Once every Player has made his play decision a third card is dealt face up and will belong to those Players who have elected to draw a card or double down.
Players who has double down go to Step 5.
If the hand value is below 21 after the third card is exposed, any Player may stand or request a fourth card.
The same procedure as in Step 3 (no double down) is followed until all Players stand or bust.
Step 5. When the Player stands the value of the hand is recorded on the Blackjack Grid (as illustrated)
Step 6. When all Players' play decisions have been executed. The Dealer will burn a card and draws to his hand in the normal way.
What to do with Splittable-Pairs? (using Stephen’s Split-Pairs concept.)
The following Table sets out the Split-Pair Options and Consequences (using Stephen’s Split-Pairs)
In the case of split Aces the Common-Hand is complete once the second card is dealt to each Ace.
1 Splittable pair is dealt as the Common-Hand
All decide not to split: One non-split hand of two cards (See Fig 1) is played and the hand will be played to completion.
2 Splittable pair is dealt as the Common-Hand
All decide to split: Two split hands of one card each (See Fig 2) are played to completion. The original hand no longer exists.
3. Splittable pair is dealt as the Common-Hand
Some split – Some don't split: Three Common-Hands are played; one non-split hand of two cards and two split hands of one card each (See Fig 3).
Non-split Hand (See Fig 1) is played and completed before dealing with the two new hands created by the split cards (See Fig 2).

This is a very good question (why would players prefer to play Roulette-18 over the regular Roulette?), and here is some answer to your question:
1. Roulette-18 is a faster game.
2. The straight up and split bets are easier to hit because it has only 19 numbers.
3. Most importantly in Roulette-18 the player shakes the dice cup with the Roulette-die in it.

Why would casino use Roulette-18 over the regular Roulette?
1. Easy for player and dealer to learn (payout odds are similar to a regular roulette game).
2. Roulette-18 is a fast game.
3. House edge it's good.
4. Very easy to install the game.
5. Roulette-18 is player on their blackjack sized table (very small floor space are needed).
6. Only needs a Roulette-18 layout, a Roulette-die and a dice cup (no need for an expensive roulette wheel and maintenance).

On Players: very good points. U have covered them all; I could not think of any more reasons for players to like it. I do think players might not like it because the highest payout is only 17 to 1. Overall, this game will do well in the market. Wish you luck.
On Casinos: Only one dealer needed to host one table.
Roulette-18™ is played with a 20-sided die rolled in a shaker. The faces of the die contain the numbers 1 thru 18, and two zeroes (0, and 00). Nine of the numbers are red, nine numbers are black and the two zeroes are green. The double-zero (00) roll is not used in the game, so it’s ignored when it rolls.
Rules:
1. Players place their bets on the Roulette-18™ layout.
2. A Roulette-die is rolled in the shaker then exposed.
If the roll is a double-zero (00) all bets remain in action and the die is rolled again until a non-00 winning number is determined.
3. Dealer collects all losing bets and pays winning bets according to the P
aytable.

The event will exhibit the very latest in table gaming technology the industry has to offer and will showcase both digital and electronic gaming formats together.
Grosvenor G Casino Coventry will showcase New Table Games from big name suppliers such as:- SHFL Entertainment, TCS-JohnHuxley, Mr CasinoGames®, Customised Casino Games Ltd, Galaxy Gaming, Evolution Gaming, ICS-Europe, IGC, Inspired and IGT.
Guests will be invited to experience and trial the latest games as an integral part of Grosvenor Casinos’ testing process.
Their feedback from the evening will ultimately decide which games will go onto live trials and eventually onto the gaming floor across the 56-strong Grosvenor Casinos estate.
P.S. I think they can trial Five New Table Games, because they have 56-strong Grosvenor G-Casinos in UK.
One reason is a recent decision by Grosvenor HQ to allow local management the choice to select and try out new games. They realise that sometimes this will differentiate their casino from others in the same town or provide a unique selling point. Also players seem always willing to try out new games, and I'm guessing they like the novelty of something different; some have survived beyond the initial three-month trial. I can understand some casinos staying to the games that make a consistent profit and are reluctant to remove a profitable table for a untested game. However it must be an initiative that is proving useful to Grosvenor otherwise they wouldn't keep it going (given the associated costs of sending managers to Coventry every six months). Hopefully the idea will catch on with other casinos.
