"9.If the total number of picks is 2 or 3 then the player will reply the bonus with a 3x multiplier."
That should say replay the bonus.
It seems that most of the Keno games analyzed on this machine are around the 96% range, so as a Video Keno fan, I give U1 Gaming kudos and whatever casinos have the U1 Gaming machines, assuming they use those paytables.
It's very rare to find a Video Keno game more generous on ER than any Table Games available, but so far, these are better than Double-0 Roulette, to name one. The expected loss per hour will still be greater on these, of course, unless one is really slow playing it.

Note those paytables are for a $2 wager. I'm not sure how much you play per wager, but the 5 cent games (in some of Wiz's pictures) pay much closer to 90%. The graphics of these games look great though. Much better than most keno machines I have seen.

I should write down the professed returns for the smaller wagers. With each additional coin bet the return goes up. Agreed, the graphics are good. For a large bet they probably are a better value than regular keno games.

That would be good to know. The vast majority of the VK machines I have seen, however, the amount bet is immaterial. There's a difference in one credit being $0.05 and $0.25, sure, but with respect to betting $0.25 or 8 Credits for $2.00, it makes no difference most of the time.

Right. Ideally would want to bet one credit at the highest denomination you are willing to afford.

Another exception still, and probably the strangest thing I have ever seen, are the games with Progressives on these Spielo machines. Basically, the Progressives are on Big Catch Keno, Frost & Fire Keno and Lucky Bells Keno.
The Progressives are awarded for various amounts of catches dependent on the number of balls selected, but this is the weird part:
The Progressives begin to be awarded for a $0.50 (Two Credit) bet and they are awarded for an amount up to $1.50 (Six Credits) unless the Progressive amount is less than the Base Pay for that result on one credit bet multiplied by the number of credits bet, in which case that is the award. The strangest part of all is that the Progressive amount does not change whether one is betting 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 credits and there is no penalty to the amount for only betting two credits. The result of that is that two credits ($0.50) is the best bet from an ER standpoint regardless of where the Progressive is at.

This sounds like it comes from the Montana rules. I'm surprised that these progressives fly anywhere else. I took issue with it when I first started designing gamed for Montana, but I gave in because the state doesn't care.

West Virginia, specifically, there is a huge bank of these machines at Wheeling Island Hotel, Casino, Racetrack. There is a huge bank near where the Table Games are in groups of four, probably about eight groups total (it's close) for 32 total machines of this nature. They're very popular, judging from the very few times I've been there during the daylight hours, though they must be, because they occupy significant real estate there.
