Caribbean Stud side bets in Nicaragua

My last thread was about all the side bets I saw in blackjack at the Palms casino in Managua. However, it doesn't end there. In Caribbean Stud they have no fewer than four side bets. Hi! Again, I like this idea!
I even tried to create something similar for Oasis.
Here's what happened:
Player wins with pair or less (with switch + no switch) ..... prob 0,12.... (6:1)
NO............................................................................... prob 0,88.... ( -1)
...........................................................................EV = -0,1357 (-13,57%)
Maybe somebody has (or can do) calculations similar rates for:
- Oasis Poker
- Lunar poker
- Casino Hold’em
- Black Jack (6 deck)
?!
