Very slow payout from Bodog

New to this forum and was wondering if anybody else has encountered this lately. I requested a payout on September 20, 2011 and it was approved the same evening. The time frame I was quoted for payout was the usual 4 to 7 business days, but as of October 5 I still have not yet even received my tracking number. Customer service told me about the increased payouts for football season (fine), but I keep getting told I should receive my tracking number (if not my check) "soon", though each deadline has passed and they seem to have no idea what's going on.

This is now the evening of the 11th business day, curious if anybody else is noticing these delays or is also waiting for a payout (mine is less than $50, so it doesn't seem like one that took a high amount of work to finish).
