I first heard about this place a few months ago but barely looked at it as Bodog has been good so far. But in the interests of competition I looked there today. A few things caught my eye. First, 25% rebate promotion in the casino. This seems fairly strong when coupled with a ew BJ games they have with good rules. Next, the sportsbook is always good if I get to bet enough where I may want to line shop.

But one thing that did concern me a great deal was that this spring they were taking action on professional wrestling!

Are they legit? Do they pay as fast as they collect? And that last one, even with good bonuses I have a hard time giving my action to a place that takes bets on the WWE.

Thoughts?

They have an A rating at SBR. I'd be careful with their casino though. On several other forums a poster is publicizing his story of 5 Dimes refusing to pay $14,500 won at their "bonus" casino which includes some 100%+ games.

Are their lines publicly available? Seems odd I have to create an account to see them. If the WWE lines are futures, William Hill did the same in the UK many years ago. Predicting six months out who will have a title belt is fair enough, as not even the organization know for sure who they'll be pushing in their story lines. Betting on that nights match up seems daft, as the result by that point is known by some (and some of the smart marks will be able to guess pretty good).

Then again bets were booked on who shot JR....

Interesting take on the WWE. But if I were a book I would not take action as the story often has a "disputed" win. Even if Stephanie calls me with the results the risk in bad karma simply seems too great. And it makes people like myself question their reputation as a book.

I remember hearing about the JR bets as a kid. Some staff from Lorimar supposedly made a few bucks. I think those bets might have been a way to get you into the Stardust or wherever and drop money at BJ on your way in and out. Though the story goes they shot 4-5 different scenes in case word really got leaked out.

I did not watch "Dallas", but I was inundated with the promos and the talk during that summer. I don't remember where I saw it, but my favorite recollection is a series of clips revealing the real shooter. Each clip showed the revolver being fired, then panned up the shooter's arm, eventually revealing the face. Apparently, they hadn't even told the cast who the shooter was, and to help keep the secret, every actor in the show was filmed in this "revelation" scene. I saw all of the clips in sequence, and the funniest part was the one that panned back to show the face of Larry Hagman (J.R. himself). After his face was shown, he started looking panicky, shook, and dropped the revolver. If they hadn't included that parody clip, I doubt I would have remembered them at all.

They don't come close to TV like that anymore. If you ever get a chance, watch "A Houise Divided" which was the episode where JR was shot. Such strong writing.

Yes AZ they are legit. I've been playing there for about 2 years and many times they have the best odds, especially overnight mlb. 5 cent lines from 11 pm to 8 am I believe.

More importantly, I have never had a problem collecting. I get a check fedex usually about 4 business days after the request. Ive played a lot in the bonus casino also. I love playing 25 hand ugly ducks. Got dealt four deuces one time for 10k! I made a lot playing full pay deuces on there, but those days over as I think bot play has destroyed the opportunity and they have adjusted their odds.
