Can you explain why there's an issue with an offshore casino that claims they restrict US players but they actually accept them? Sure, I can see a major issue if they take deposits but don't refund if you lose and deny winnings/ cashouts.

There are a fair amount of casinos in the US section of LCB that actually claim US players are restricted, but they DO allow US players to play. I brought this up at LCB.
