i didnt want to spend alot of time trying to do this, but it was pretty easy. i spent about 5 hours and i exceeded the requirements.

when i signed up to the casino, the payment option i had selected didnt give me the option to add a bonus code. the promotional imagery on the website states that if you deposited after you signed up to contact support. I contact support and now i am asking you guys, what are the chances they give me the bonus AFTER i have signed up and AFTER i have deposited and after i have played through the requirements. By the way i also profited 50 dollars off of the deposited amount. Im looking for that 50 dollars as a true bonus as of this point because im hoping it also is just added to the amount of my balance.

i have contacted support and they have initiated something with their higher ups and they also have told me that the "bag" will be deposited into my account within 72 hours if they approve it. no clue what they mean besides that i may receive money hopfully

no where during my process did they allow me to enter the bonus code. i presented that fact to them. it is not in their process if you deposit after you sign up. and like i have said, their is specific sayings within their advertisements for the bonus, that state to contact the support for the welcome bonus. i hate to display the casino name in quesiton here because i want my freeplay and believe that they simply have neglected to think of the route i have taken when it comes to depositing my money. it was an ach transfer or something and when i deposited my money, i did not see a form element that allowed me to enter the bonus code. i am not arguing with you just clarifying to make sure that you know everything. i am almost sure im screwed out of it but it is worth trying for me

It might even be a place I played at before. Unfortunately, some casinos make you input the deposit code first before you make a deposit and others make you do it afterwards. Most of the time they want you to do it first.

Most online casino deposit bonuses will be added to your balance after you make the deposit. If it's a 100% match bonus and you deposit $100 into your account the balance should now show you have $200.

You didn't notice your balance wasn't higher than your deposit BEFORE you started playing???

Normally, if your deposit bonus didn't show up.... you would immediately contact support and let them know.Eeither they would add it or explain the reason you didn't/cant receive it. Normally, they just go ahead and add it since they want you to be stuck with wagering requirements knowing you'll probably lose everything before you can finish those wagering requirements, so they're more than happy to correct the problem, even if there was some type of mistake made.

I think there's a very very small chance now that you've completed the wagering requirements successfully they're just going to add extra bonus money to your account without any wagering requirements just so you can cash out and walk away with the profit.

Since there wasn't an option to add a bonus code via your deposit method, you might want to go back and re-read the bonus rules for that particular bonus and make sure they don't exclude certain deposit methods for that bonus. Oftentimes, this is the case for certain deposit methods. I'm not sure why it's a different at various diffrent online casinos, I always thought it had something to do with the fees they have to pay. I'm not sure why one Casino what exclude bonuses using one particular deposit method for bonuses while another one actually encourages you to use that method to get a bonus.

im very okay with that

and replying to axel - they have a screen to show you the bonuses you have and there is nothing showing to me at least. after depositing, i started to play immediately to see if i could replicate the results i had the previous night. betting one dollar at a time. the requirements were somewhere around 1000 i think and i made it to about 1300. that was a 3 hour session and i did get into my initial 50 obviously for my first couple of bets and for a 5 dollar dip in the middle when i upped my bet, but then miraculously kept going back up and ended up winning 30 dollars. i dont know why but i arbitrarily pick a stop loss that commonly occurs to me. i then contacted support because of the ad wording that was in one of the ads. like i said it specifically states that i should contact support if i didnt get the welcome bonus so i told them i surpassed the wagering requirements for my mere 50 dollars and asked them if i could have it. then went on a few hours later to gain another 30 dollars, essentially bringing me back around to the initial money i had won and then lost yesterday.

So I see this is United States regulated Casino. It looks like they will allow you to redeposit and take advantage of this promotion. I have no reason to think they wouldn't allow that. Contact support like they have suggested.

They do have a rule that it's on the first deposit only, however, I believe that rule intended for first deposit BONUS that you take. It seems that they have included rules specifically covering your situation.

I suggest depositing the whole 500 and taking full advantage of the promotion. I can't see the pay tables on the video poker however I assume they have something in the -1% range if so this would be a little under $400 in value. The wagering requirements are actually 21 x since you have to rollover the bonus once after you get it.

I actually had this on my list of regulated online casino rules and regulations to read.

It looks like they're pay tables on video poker isn't that good. It looks like 8/5 jacks is best they have. I didnt go through them all, but that's a pretty good assumption from my experience. It looks like a cookie cutter of many of the other places I have run into.

I didn't go through the rules in the Blackjack(I'll leave that to you) but I have to assume that has to be the best bet.

They have European Roulette, that's obviously worse than BJ and video poker however, you can slam through it super quick with zero mistakes and you don't have to worry about hitting that elusive Royal. Playing the European Roulette you should have a $227 profit.

It will allow you to bet both sides( black and red) however, I wouldn't do this, because they have little rules covering this type of sutff, I don't think it specifically says you can't, but it's implied.
