I was playing at and had built up about 4,500 in winnings. As I was playing on enchanted garden 2 I literally watched the dollar amount change from 4,400 to 50.


What the hell is this all about and why has this Happened.
How do I get those dollars back?
What options do I have if they don’t work with me?

It may have been 4400 pennies and you switched the credit display to dollars.

The dollars are lost. If I were in your shoes I'd cash out and keep whatever is still left.

only the casino has acamera, ask them.
abide by what they say.....give them the exact time if possible.

Was this an online casino or a bricks and mortar place?
STOP playing till you sorted it out.
If it's an online place, look to see if it has a facility to see your previous wagers or transactions. If so that will probably make clear what happened, though the 'why' is another question. Also if online, see if they offer a 'live chat' facility and ask there. Retain copies of any conversations or chats.
While you are waiting, re-read the terms of any bonus offers that you took. Maybe you had just a day or so to meet wagering requirements on some offer.
