Nowadays whenever I go to LBC I get the LBC download logo in the center of the page it just keeps looking like loading as if im loading a flash site but it never goes away. The background is low lit and I can't click anything. It's been like this since the beta IIRC.

Wouldn't it be best to automatically reject affiliating with any casino that had unethical or ambiguous terms?
IMO the major affiliates have all the power, without the affiliates the casinos wouldn't get any business. I wonder if the affiliates could actually control what casinos survive if they actually wanted to?
I would think major affiliates should set aside a insurance fund from their profits so whatever something like this happened the player would be compensated. Perhaps this would make affiliates vet the casinos better and then only the reputable casinos would survive.
I know some people probably think it was just won money so getting your deposit back or whatever is like breaking even, but it's really not, they took your "value". No doubt if they continue to gamble for a long time at some point they will be down 10k. Winning 10k and not receiving it IS just like having someone steal your 10k.

You are putting too much faith in them. That also would also open them up to controlling the market. Not saying LBC is like this, but what makes you think there are not people out there who would shill for corrupt casinos?
No different from the work of sports touts, everyone has their own interests and angles to worry about first. Direct attention to the other guys saying he is a crook and then take his cash too. Money makes people justify many things and there are no good guys out there in the world of online casinos, only those who may cause you less damages. There is no Santa Claus out there.
