I just found a blackjack side bet called Crazy Sevens. It is the same as Super Sevens with a more liberal pay table. My blackjack appendix 8 is running long enough as it is, so I decided to cover both Crazy and Super Sevens in a separate page (see first link).
As usual, I welcome questions, comments, and especially corrections.

Good thing those are only dealt from a cms or online. Removing just 14 non-7s gives a player advantage on the Crazy Sevens pay table. Here is my spreadsheet if anyone is interested.
