I just got an e-mail from PokerStars that they were giving me a small credit on my account. They did not provide details but indicated they had found chip dumping and collusion in a sit and go I had played. They disqualified a player(s) and that moved me into a winning finishing position. I have not tried to figure out what game I was playing but the credit was only $4.38 so pretty small stakes game for them to even bother investigating.
Of course EB will be able to pipe in and tell us all this just proves that collusion is happening -;)
Thanks I will check my account And watch for emails. Can you give me a time period you played?Quote: kenarmanI thought I would post this for the many forum members that are sure on-line poker sites are not paying attention to what is going on.

Ps if you didn't know coulision and cheating was going on before the big scandals I really don't know what to say.
I'll be willing to bet a good number of the younger online poker kids you now see on TV were involved with this ttype of stuff. I heard of the superuser account thing way before it came out to the public but I wasn't 100%. I do know I played is game's where it seemed impossible that someone played that good.

That collusion was happening is no surprise. But this is proof that they are keeping watch to prevent it from being a widespread problem.
Bottom line: this is a good thing.

Just got the e-mail today but they didn't give a time line. I play more days than not but usually low limit sit'n'gos or low limit Zoom. Don't have the stamina to play the longer tournaments anymore. Say Hi if you run into me on PS I use the same name there as the forum.

I bet someone from the outside caught the problem and reported it. Then they acted. I'm willing to bet you can collude easily without getting caught. I bet people have been doing it for year's without being caught.
I don't know how valuable collusion is without being totally obvious.
It's still not this guaranteed big money maker people think. You still have to be a good player, if not you're losing 2 times the amount. Obviously it helps significantly if you know what you are doing. If 2 bozos are colluding it will cost you money even if the colluders lose in the long run.
