I cant seem to figure out how to make deposits to Bodog without paying a fee. The E wallets charge 5% or so, Bodog wont take my credit card because I'm in the US, and the prepaid visa cards are not clear as to whether they charge or not. How can I do it?

I don't think you can. But that might be a good thing, since it's equally hard for U.S. based players to get funds back from the casino.

Yeah that entire situation is insulting. You're building in a house edge of at least 5% (I thought it was more). Even with a little bit of "lucky" variance it's going to take extra time to dig yourself out of that hole. That and it's a felony in my state, so it's not really worth it.

I think you should call their support (1-888-263-0000). I'm sure they can offer suggestions on how to make a deposit with no fee, for have it reimbursed. There are things they can tell you over the phone they can't say on their web site.

I just called Bodog and they said that because of the online gaming law passed June 1, the only way I can deposit funds with them is to use ewallet express and they charge at least 5%. Wizard, can you help clear this up for us?

dweezel7, can you send me your account number through The Wizard? I will ask a senior CS manager to please look into this for you. Also, I would like to emphasize that deposit options are constantly adjusting and that bodog.com is always looking at different options. Therefore, I encourage you to continue to call CS and keep an eye on bodog.com for updates.
Thank you!
Becky

I have played at a similar RTG casino to Bodog. I payed with my Visa debit card and my bank charged me a 5$ conversion fee. I believe this fee is back and forth too.
It will be charged you for your deposits and for your withdrawals.
I also have a Moneybookers account, I believe they charge less for currency conversion, but not by much.
